By using AttendFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

AttendFlow is an attendance management platform that allows organizations to track employee attendance, leave, overtime, and generate payroll reports. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and PIN.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• AttendFlow operates on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annual).
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• You will receive a 14-day free trial upon signup.
• If payment fails, your account may be suspended after a grace period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload or enter into AttendFlow. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AttendFlow for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the platform's operation.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that there are inherent risks in using any online service.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in AttendFlow, including the software, design, and content, belong to NeTech Integrated Services. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without our permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AttendFlow is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeTech Integrated Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of AttendFlow.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
